Cut Mangoes into small pieces. Add salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder, methi powder and hing. Heat a kadai add oil, as oil gets heated add mustard . Allow mustard to splutter, in low flame now add the mango mixture to kadai.Switch off the flame and mix well.
*Use unripe sour mangoes.
* If using methi seeds, dry roast for a while and the powder it.
*Can consume immediately , or can be refrigerated for 3-4 days.

Raw Mango (sour mangoes cut into small pieces) _ 1 cup
Red Chilly powder _ 1 tsp
Turmeric powder _ 4-5 pinches
Fenugreek/Methi powder _ 1/2 tsp
Asefetodia/ Hing _ a pinch
Salt _ as needed
For Seasoning
Sesame Oil _ 1 tbsp
Mustard _ 1 tsp
