Muffins are not too sweet, can also be savory instead of sweet. Texture of muffins are usually dryer and slightly denser than cupcakes.
All purpose flour/ Maida used for preparation was a compliment received from Dhara Foods Pvt Ltd. As Christmas is nearing, it’s mood for baking……
Pre heat a oven at 160 degree celsius . Grease and line a muffin tray with muffin liners. Sift together flour, corn flour, baking powder and baking soda. In a pan using a wooden spatula mix curd , sugar to mix well. Now add in baking powder, baking soda, give a stir.Then add in oil and vanilla essence. Leave the mixture for a minute. Gradually add in the flour to wet mixture (in four additions). Finally add the chocolate chips and mix well with a spatula. Spoon the batter to the batter to the muffin cups , filling only 3/4 of the cup.
*These muffins tastes better the next day, so bake the muffins day ahead.
