A spicy and great tasting paneer recipe for breakfast.
Grate paneer and keep aside. In a frying pan heat oil, add green chillies, ginger garlic, onion and saute it . Add tomato and cook till tomatoes are soft . Now add paneer with salt, chilly powder, turmeric powder, and pav bhaji masala and mix well. Add finely chopped coriander leaves and remove the filling from the gas and keep aside. Heat a sandwich maker, meanwhile spread butter on the bread . Spread the paneer filling and cover with another slice. Cook in a sandwich maker. Cut into wedges and serve.
