Crêpes are thin French pancakes that are soft. Crêpes are usually of two types: sweet crêpes and savoury galettes. Crêpes can be served with a variety of fillings.
This is a recipe of sweet Crêpes, and they can be served in many ways. A simple and classic way is to sprinkle powdered sugar. Any fresh cut fruits or fruit sauces, jams, maple syrup, chocolate sauce, honey, nutella with sliced bananas can also be used to serve crepes. But my favourite is serving crepes with ice cream(any flavour).
Use or food processor to blend the batter or just a hand whisker is also enough. Crepe can be made on crepe pan or any non stick tawa. Cook the crepe and spread the filling on them and fold them into quarters and serve or fold and keep the serving on top.
